Good to know
What has changed?
In Alexion CRM, go to Help → Check for updates for a list of all versions and builds, each with a short description of the changes.
Online version? Nothing to download
If you use Alexion CRM online, a valid licence automatically gives you the latest version. There is no need to download anything.
Older versions of Alexion CRM
No update subscription for the latest version? Then you can install an older version that matches your licence.
The date next to each version is tied to your licence: if the Updates until date in your licence is that date or later, you can use that version.
Older self-hosted versions (2003 – 2019, no longer available to new customers)
- Alexion CRM 5.2 - the last self-hosted version (local Firebird database); no longer offered to new customers. Switching to the online edition is free.

Online versions: release history (no downloads)
For the online versions there is no point in downloading an older release: a valid licence always entitles you to the newest, most stable version. Some older online versions no longer work at all. For completeness, here is the release history:
