The modules that apply to us
The ICT~Office Terms come in separate modules. These apply to Alexion CRM:

Processing personal data
When you use Alexion CRM, we process data on your behalf. What that means and how we handle it is set out in the data processing agreement of 25 May 2018 and its accompanying clauses.

How we handle your data on this website is covered by our privacy policy.
Third-party services
If you use the SMS module, it runs through MessageBird. They keep sent messages for 180 days on their own secured servers, to counter fraud and spam. You can log in there to view what was sent. The module is optional: if you do not use it, nothing goes to MessageBird.
