Alexion CRM online: your database safely in the cloud
Alexion CRM works with an online database. You work in the familiar program on your own computer; your database lives in a heavily secured data centre. (The former self-hosted edition with a local database is no longer offered.)
Backups taken care of
We make the backups for you and keep them for up to a year. We look after the safety of your data too.
Stored safely in Europe
Your database runs in fully redundant data centres in Germany, so an outage has minimal impact and you can keep working.
Fully encrypted
Your data is stored encrypted, and the connection between your PC and the data centre is encrypted as well.

With Alexion CRM online you automatically work in the latest stable release: 8.1 today, with 8.2 rolling out. Version 8.6 is still in beta and available on request only.

Good to know: Alexion CRM online does not run in the browser; you still install the program on a Windows PC. The documents you create from Alexion CRM stay on your own computer, server or NAS; if you want those available everywhere too, store them in OneDrive, SharePoint or Dropbox. Have customisations? They run in the cloud as well, managed by us, so we can build, test and deliver changes even faster.

With the Alexion CRM app you carry your contacts with you wherever you go. The app works on all your devices via alexion.app. On Android you install it straight from Google Play; on iPhone and iPad you open alexion.app in Safari and add the app to your home screen.
